Collectively our team have over 50 years of baking experience. A former cake shop owner, a patisserie chef, home bakers & a heap of enthusiastic & eager taste testers!

You could say that cake is our forte! From classic buttery flapjacks to light & fluffy sponges, filled with our luscious homemade jam, to the down right filthy, even obscene bakes that we contrive.

We guarantee that only the highest quality ingredients are used. ‘Proper’ butter, local free range eggs & luxury Belgium chocolate are non negotiable in our baking.

Until recently, our Brooklyn Blackout Cake was unanimously our Fuzzy favourite. However since the salted peanut & dark chocolate flapjack arrived on our menu, it’s now to tough to call!!
